Last Wednesday, our lawyer Alicia Martín attended a court hearing in Fuerteventura to represent our client, a German national residing in Fuerteventura, in debt recovery proceedings in connection with the carrying out of certain works.
The opposing party argued that there had been a breach. However, following the hearing, the Judge swiftly handed down a judgment in favour of our client, dismissing the claim in full.
In addition, the judgment ordered the opposing party to pay the legal costs, which further reinforces the strength of the defence presented.
