Education and Professional Experience

She has served as Second Deputy on the Governing Board of the Lanzarote Bar Association and has also played an active role in the social field, acting as President of the Red Cross in Lanzarote, Island Coordinator for Employment and Entrepreneurship at UGT Lanzarote, and a member of the Board and Management Committee of Sociedad Democracia Arrecife. She has also collaborated with the Association of Separated and Divorced Women of Extremadura.

In property transactions involving financial institutions, she has worked as a collaborating agent for BBVA, in the commercial division of Banco Santander, and in the financial services department of the real estate firm LCI.

Teaching

Alongside her legal work, Alicia Martín is also a dedicated legal trainer. She has delivered specialised training on topics such as gender-based violence and health law, particularly in relation to the Canary Islands Health Service.
