We are pleased to announce that on 5 February, our solicitor Alicia Martín Borreguero led a webinar entitled: “IRPH in Mortgages: Nullity Despite the Supreme Court?”, organised by the prestigious legal publication Economist & Jurist.
This online seminar, lasting approximately ninety minutes, was delivered by the lawyer responsible for the technical legal direction of a judicial proceeding which recently achieved a landmark ruling: the annulment of the IRPH clause, despite the latest decision from the Spanish Supreme Court.
We are sincerely grateful to Economist & Jurist for their interest in our work, their kind invitation to participate as legal trainers in this specialised session, and the excellent treatment we received from their editor, Mr Javier Izaguirre.
