We have done it again! Another client won a banking case with this law firm.
A company demanded money from our client and legal proceedings were initiated (less than 6000 euros). Although the hearing took place two days after the client's visit to our office, we were able to win the case and the bank had to reimburse the court costs. We are very satisfied.
The judgement reads as follows:
‘I dismiss the company's claim against the client as far as the monetary claim is concerned and therefore release the client from all claims. I order the company to pay the court costs’.
