Two residents of Palma built a wall that prevented other residents from entering the pool.
For 4 years only these two neighbours were allowed to use it. The other residents went to court and finally the residents who built the wall were sentenced.
The judge sentenced them to 9 months in prison for crimes of coercion and a compensation to the rest of the neighbours of 24,000 euros as payment for all the months that they could not enjoy a swim in the pool. Read more.
